Dear SCAR 2003 Exhibitor,
It’s hard to believe that the
SCAR 2003 Meeting is just a little over 6 weeks away! The following
deadlines dates are coming up so please mark your calendars.
- May 2 - Deadline for Individual
Housing at the Sheraton Boston
- May 6 - Prestige Carpet
Order due to Champion
- May 7 - Non-Official
Service Contractor Information due to Champion
IMPORTANT: To be listed in the
final program, company product descriptions should have already been
received at the SCAR Office. If you have not sent your information, SCAR
needs to receive it by Friday, April 25th.
In order to be recognized as a
sponsor in the final program, SCAR must hear from you by Friday, April 25th.
If you are interested in an opportunity for a sponsorship, please call the
SCAR office right away.
A complimentary SCAR
pre-registration mailing list will be sent to you two weeks before the
meeting. A Media List and Press Room information will be forthcoming next
week.
