Dear SCAR 2003 Exhibitor:

PLEASE NOTE: The SCAR block of rooms at the Sheraton Boston Hotel is filling up fast due to the fact some exhibiting companies have taken out very large room blocks. SCAR really needs you to look at these blocks to make sure you absolutely will use these rooms on all nights reserved!

On April 14^{th, the Sheraton will charge your credit card for two nights room charges on EACH ROOM RESERVED in your Exhibitor Housing Blocks of 10 or more rooms and no refunds will be issued. Please cancel or change your arrival/departure dates before April 14th. The deadline date to make individual housing reservations less than 10 rooms is April 28th.}
